This chart represents our primary long term expectations for Nvidia.
NVIDIA is approaching the completion of its long-term impulsive Wave 1 of the yellow degree. Within this larger structure, the stock successfully advanced through a full impulsive sequence in the green degree — completing Wave 1, followed by a corrective Wave 2, and then an extended Wave 3, which was subsequently corrected by Wave 4.
In early 2025, NVIDIA began its final advance in green Wave 5, which is expected to complete the overall yellow Wave 1 — the first long-term impulsive phase of this cycle.
Once this yellow Wave 1 is complete, the stock is anticipated to enter a corrective phase in yellow Wave 2. This phase will likely unfold as a classical A–B–C structure, forming a healthy retracement of the preceding long-term impulse before resuming the broader bullish trend.
Trading Plan:
If NVIDIA breaks below our local support at 153.05 USD (marked in red), it would confirm our expectation of the initiation of yellow Wave 2.
At that stage, we will establish a Fibonacci retracement target zone — typically between the 50% and 78.6% retracement levels of yellow Wave 1 — to identify where the correction could potentially end.
This zone will represent an important buy opportunity, as the conclusion of yellow Wave 2 would likely set the stage for the next major impulsive advance into yellow Wave 3, which will extend beyond the levels of yellow wave 1.
