ARM Holdings has reached our predefined buy zone.

On 23 November 2025, we published our initial analysis of this market and outlined both our long-term outlook and our short-term expectations. Within that analysis, we identified a key Fibonacci retracement zone (highlighted in neon green), which we defined as a high-probability buying and accumulation area.

ARM Holdings has now reached this zone and has reacted precisely at the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level at $113.64. From this area, we expect one of two technically valid scenarios to unfold:

Either the stock regains strong bullish momentum and transitions directly into impulsive price action, or
The corrective structure extends further toward our final retracement levels at 78.6% ($98.84) and 88.7% ($89.94) and then tarsintion into strong bullish momentum.

Our primary expectation remains that within this retracement zone, ARM Holdings will complete its corrective phase and begin developing new bullish impulsive structures, fully aligned with our long-term Elliott Wave outlook.

Trading Plan:

We are buyers of ARM Holdings throughout this Fibonacci retracement zone, accumulating positions at each of the outlined retracement levels.

Should ARM Holdings regain bullish momentum and reclaim $127.18 (marked in red), we will consider this a strong confirmation that bearish light blue wave 2 has completed, and that the market has begun to unfold bullish light blue wave 3.

For this impulsive wave 3, we have defined our projected Fibonacci target zone (highlighted in white), which extends from:

161.8% at $310.16, up to
261.8% at $452.32.

In combination with the currently reached retracement zone, these targets represent exceptional risk-to-reward conditions, supporting our strong conviction in this market.

We remain decisively bullish on ARM Holdings.
